Terms of Use for Panura: Web Video Player

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Panura: Web Video Player application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Panura: Web Video Player is a mobile media application that allows users to play local video files and extract/stream media content from various publicly available web sources. The App itself does not host, store, or provide any media content.

3. User Responsibilities & Copyright

• Content Ownership: You acknowledge that Panura: Web Video Player merely acts as a tool to access and play content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to access, view, or use the media content you interact with through our App.
• No Infringement: You agree not to use the App to infringe upon any intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks. We do not promote, condone, or encourage the downloading or sharing of copyrighted material without the explicit permission of the copyright holder.

4. Platform Restrictions

In adherence to Google Play Store policies and the Terms of Service of various platforms, Panura: Web Video Player explicitly prohibits and technically prevents the extraction, downloading, or background playback of content from specific domains, including but not limited to YouTube (youtube.com, youtu.be, etc.). You agree not to attempt to bypass these restrictions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Panura: Web Video Player only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App in any way that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of the App or any connected servers/networks.
• Use the App to distribute malware, malicious code, or engage in any illegal activities.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the App will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Panura: Web Video Player, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
